About our company

Tiger Security Company and Training Center, S.A., emerged in 2011 with the purpose of offering a solution of private security services that is effective and appropriate to the needs of our clients. In 2012, it obtains resolution 007/DIASP/12 of March 5, 2012, issued by the Institutional Directorate for Public Security Affairs, which enables it to operate providing the service of Security Guards in the provinces of Panama.

The company was founded by Commissioner Rolando Villareal, who sought to create a different solution to the needs of private security in our country, for which he emphasized the recruitment of qualified personnel and training under the highest standards of quality and efficiency. . For this reason, our staff is subjected to a rigorous selection process, where both confidence tests (polygraph) and police background checks, psychological exams, anti-doping tests, theoretical and practical knowledge tests, among others, are applied.

Initially we were located in Vía España, Plaza Dorchester. From there, for more than a year we were a key player in the training of personnel who were hired by Emirati companies to provide security at facilities of national interest in that country. 

Since its creation, it has been a member of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise Association.
